A message to anyone who hasn’t played Peggle yet – “What’s wrong with you?  Don’t you realize how addictive this game is?  How can you waste time with inane pursuits like sleeping, working, and spending time with loved ones when there’s Peggling to be done?!?”  Sorry, I have strong feelings about the game.  Here’s another message to people who haven’t played Peggle yet – "Now’s the best time to pick up Peggle!"

Pop Cap Games’ website is offering not one, but two special deals on the ridiculously entertaining pachinko-inspired puzzle game.  First off, you can get a special price on Peggle and its follow-up expansion, Peggle Nights.  Normally $19.95 each, both games are half price until July 17.  If you buy both Peggle and Peggle Nights, you save even more, paying only $14.95 for the pair.

The second offering is a little strange, but definitely worth checking out.  A World of Warcraft edition of Peggle is being offered free on the site, featuring 10 WoW-themed levels with new background art from Blizzard’s art team.  The miniature version of the game comes with a 2-player Duel mode, Quick-Play levels, and “Super-Extra-Hard Challenges” for expert players.

Keep in mind, this only applies to the downloadable PC version of the game.  There is no Peggle for Macs, and the other 273,912 versions of Peggle are still full priced.
