As soon as Rockstar announced the upcoming GTA IV expansion, The Lost and the Damned, one question came to everyone’s mind; what will Busta Rhymes’ involvement be?  Well folks, the waiting is over, as Rockstar has released some new details about The Lost and the Damned, specifically the new music and radio content.

Liberty City’s heavy metal station, Liberty City Hardcore, will be getting a new show, hosted by Max Cavalera of Sepultura and Soulfly, as well as a few new songs; one by Swedish Viking Metal band, Bathory. Liberty Rock Radio 97.8 and indie station, Radio Broker, will each see new tracks and even more material from DJs Iggy Pop and Juliette Lewis, respectively.  The Beat 102.7, LC’s rap station, will be getting two new shows, one hosted by Funkmaster Flex, the other by DJ Statik Selektah, as well as new music, including two new tracks by Busta Rhymes.

While Rockstar declined to give an exact number of new songs in the expansion, they did explain that new material would be given a higher priority than older stuff, meaning that players will hear new songs and DJ material before hearing yet another replay of The Smashing Pumpkins’ 1979.
