Video Reveals Fight Night Round 4's Heavyweights
Except For One

Just months after the launch of the Xbox 360, EA reinvented the boxing genre with their seminal title, Fight Night Round 3. In the ensuing three years, fans of the “sweet virtual science” have clamored for not only a sequel, but a sequel with a roster as great as its gameplay mechanics. Pitting Muhammed Ali against Joe Frazier is always fun, but after those two and Evander Holyfield, the Heavyweight division started to look kind of featherweight.
EA released a video today detailing all but one of the heavyweight competitors to be included in the upcoming Fight Night Round 4, and while the roster stll isn’t terribly deep, it’s a lot more star-studded. Take a look;
Most of the pugilists shown, like Ali, Tyson, Frazier and Foreman are household names. Lennox Lewis is another nice addition, and an underrated champion in his own right. As for the other two, “Fast” Eddie Chambers is an up-and-coming young fighter out of Philadelphia with a 34-1 record and a recent win against Calvin Brock, and James “Lights Out” Toney is a respectable, veteran heavyweight, but was far more successful in lower weight classes, and has recently had issues with performance enhancing substances and disappointing fights against lower-tier competition.
The end of the video teases that one more heavyweight will be announced soon. Speculation about this last inclusion has brought up every name from Joe Louis to Rocky Marciano to Sonny Liston to Apollo Creed to Bald Bull. Sadly, it seems that the recent crop of top Russian and Eastern European heavyweights (Vitaly Klitschko, Vladimir Klitschko, Sultan Ibragimov, Nicolay Valuev, and Ruslan Chagaev, etc.) has been ignored, as have other top fighters like Chris Arreola, John Ruiz and David Haye.
So what are your guesses for the final fighter? Someone from boxing’s illustrious past, a current star, or a fictional pugilist? Regardless, let’s all hope it’s not the God-Damned Burger King.

LucasArts is utterly shameless.
You tellin' me you wouldn't want to land a haymaker on the King?
I am just happy that James Toney made the cut. Talk about an amazing fighter. 71 wins (43 by KO), 6 losses, and three draws.
And, he owned Jim Gray:
I am always disappointed in the heavyweights. it seems like they could have so many more. Tyson and Lewis are great. They used to have the Klitschkos in the Knockout Kings series...I am guessing they wont sell their likeness' or something along those lines. As far as James Toney goes...Worst heavyweight. In the last game and in real life. The guy fights like a turtle. Borrrrrrring. Also, he speaks jibberish that makes Tyson sound educated. Eff James Toney.
